DE LA MUNICIPALITÉ DE CANTLEY
Dans le cadre du maintien de l’inventaire de tous les immeubles de votre municipalité, veuillez prendre note que votre propriété sera visitée au cours de l’année 2018 par un inspecteur de la MRC, l’organisme responsable du rôle d’évaluation de votre municipalité.
Tout bâtiment doit être totalement visité et nous apprécierions votre bienveillante coopération. L’inspecteur sera porteur d’une carte d’identité qu’il doit présenter dès son arrivée. Cette visite est faite en conformité avec les articles 15, 16 et 18, chapitre F-2.1 de la Loi sur la fiscalité municipale.
En votre absence, l’inspecteur visitera l’extérieur de la propriété. Dans ce cas, il vous laissera soit un formulaire à compléter ou sa carte de visite afin que vous puissiez le rappeler rapidement pour fixer un rendez-vous afin de lui permettre de visiter l’intérieur du bâtiment.

OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CANTLEY
As part of the general inventory of all buildings located in your municipality, please be advised that your property will be visited in 2018 by an MRC inspector.
All buildings must be visited, therefore your cooperation would be greatly appreciated. The inspector will have in his possession an identification card that he must present upon his arrival. This inspection is carried out in conformity with Articles 15, 16 and 18 of an Act Respecting Municipal Taxation.
In your absence, the inspector will visit the outside of the premises. He will leave either a form to complete or his business card so that you may contact him as soon as possible in order to make an appointment to visit the inside of the building.
